I am a third year student at Nottingham Trent University studying Fashion Marketing and Communication. I am currently working on my dissertation which is about the highstreet store Jigsaw, part of Robinson Webster Ltd. My dissertation is on store environments.

Basically I want to know your views on their stores.

What do you think of their store layout?
Do you find their in-store/window displays interesting or inspiring?
Do they have good customer service?
Are there queues to the changing rooms?
Or is it you use their website over going to their stores? if so why?

What improvements do you think they could make? Perhaps have free treatments with their beauty range, ideas like this etc.

Anything you like or dislike about their stores?
