I can't believe I watch this show but it's really holding my interest. It's a reality show where people are trying to get an intern job at Elle Magazine. Each week they are broken into teams and given an assignment and at the end of the show one intern wannabe is eliminated.

I like see what goes behind the scenes at a big fashion magazine and it's interesting to see what an intern has to do.

Try it out for one night. It's pretty good.
