    Customer Review

I have been shopping lately and I love it when it gets to this time of the year, sales. I usually go to shoe shops like Office and Schuh because my Faith branches are further away and do have less choice but every once in a while when I walk into a Faith branch I do find myself liking something in there. It used to be a shop which hardly had any branches but only lately has it really been opening up branches in a lot of centres to expand its locations and customers. I first heard of Faith a while ago it used to always be the shoe section in Topshop and that is how I came to hear of it but then they opened stores up in their own right.

In Faith stores you can always tell who the staff are they are usually wearing black and have a name badge so unlike say Office, they are easy to spot. If you are just looking around they will usually ask if you need help but I like it here because they will not force you to buy something and leave you to it unless you ask them something. I find at sale times it does get pretty hectic in here, the other day I bought some shoes in here and the staff even though it was busy still asked me if I needed help. They seem to have a good system it is like a barcode machine they scan the shoe then log it onto a computer and the other members of staff will then come out and ask who was looking for the particular shoe in that size.
When trying on my shoes the assistant left me to it and then came back and took my shoes to the till right away. The good thing with Faith stores is that they aren’t too big so they can really keep control of every customer and what is going on.
When you walk into a Faith store it is usually wooden flooring and bright lighting so that you can see everything on display. They have their crystal, embellished high heels for nights out, they work kind of heels, the lower heels for going out, wedding shoes, sandals and bags hung up that sometimes match certain shoes. Near the back they have casual shoes like flats and lace up shoes and then they have their Faith Solo range which is less common and more expensive but they are really nice shoes although most are high heels.
Sometimes I do like the Faith Solo range but yet I sometimes feel it is a bit of a tacky range. When going onto the Faith website at Schlund + Partner AG.Faith.co.uk and searching Faith Solo the shoes that come up are all brightly coloured with too much decoration on them. There are the odd ones that are pretty but I suppose it’s like any shoe shop you can’t like all of the shoes there. I am quite tall myself and so I do not like 3 inch heels as this makes me self conscious and I hate to be towering over all of my friends. I find with Faith they do the option of low to mid heel for people like me who don’t like too high a heel and it means I can still find a really nice shoe for going out without it having to be 3 inches or higher which most shoe shops always do.
With Faith the other obvious good thing is the price range; they have all of their really nice shoes reach no higher than £50. They have flats which can only cost up to£25 and are still really nice too. As I said the only really expensive shoes are from the Faith Solo range or the bridal range. If you haven’t looked at their sale yet you really should as you might find a good bargain. Mine were reduced from £30 to £15 and I know I’ll get a lot of wear out of them so I was very happy with them. If you want to shop online and can’t get access to a Faith branch then it is a really good site, it shoes pictures of every shoe and tells you all sizes available and colours. They categorizes them all by bridal, wedges, size 9, men’s, pumps, courts then sub categorize by heel size which is really helpful. All online orders are sent by first class recorded or courier.
