Jaime Pressly Sued By Fashion Designer

Jaime Pressly is being sued by a fashion designer who claims she was unfairly ditched from the actress's clothing line. Tami Smith is launching a law suit against the My Name is Earl over work she did on Jaime's 'J'aime' line- for which she wasn't paid correctly.
