My younger sis is turning 16 next month and I would like to get her something really special this time.
The problem is… that I'm broke!!!! You know how it is…
Anyway, I'm looking for something under $50, that looks expensive, but still personal.
So, I've found this online….. I really like the sparkling affect. Don't you think it looks just like really diamonds?
