I am thinking of Microsoft here. You know, they do have a casual dress code there, which means you could wear jeans, a t-shirt, and Nikes to work

I don't think that the big corporates allows you to wear casuals at workplace. Many companies consider wearing casuals at workplace is informal. Microsoft would not be an exception to it.
